Here's a riddle for you:

A father and his son are driving when they suddenly get into an accident. The father is taken by helicopter to one hospital and the son is taken by helicopter to a different hospital. When the doctor walks into the son's room to operate, it says, "I can't operate on him, he's my son." How is that?
