So, today I was eating one of those delicious Dove chocolates (I got a bunch for Easter) and read the note on the inside of the wrapper. It said, "Learn something new with an old friend." Now, there are several ways to interpret that. 1)The old friend could actually be elderly and wise, and you could learn something from their wisdom. 2) The old friend could just be a friend from, like, your previous school and you haven't seen them in a while, so you are learning something new about your old friend. 3)You could go to an educational event with a friend you've known for a long time and learn something about something.
Tell me some of the ways you interpreted this message.
I also got one that said 'Actually go to a bookstore'. I personally think it's just sad that people have to remind other people to go and read in the back of a chocolate wrapper, even if the chocolate is absolutely DELICIOUS.
ReplyDeleteDove chocolate is nothing compared to European chocolate, though. German chocolate is the best thing that has ever happened to me.
