So, I was reading Loren's blog and saw her answers to the 30 Song Challenge. Well, I've listened to Owl City before, so I guess it's my turn! Here we go:
1. Your favorite song.
Ugh, again with the favorites! Um, probably something by Lindsey Stirling.
2. Your least favorite song.
If I listen to Let It Go one more time, I'm going to break something. Seriously, people, sing it once and be done with it!
3. A song that makes you happy.
Music in general makes me really happy. But Better Place by Rachel Platten or Over the Rainbow/Simple Gifts by Piano Guys are very cheerful songs.
4. A song that makes you sad.
Song of the Caged Bird, by Lindsey Stirling. It's so pretty, but it's also such a lonely-sounding song!
5. A song that reminds you of someone.
Happy Together (Me and My Cello) by Piano Guys reminds me of my cousins, because the song is very cheerful and happy and that's how I feel when my cousins are around.
6. A song that reminds you of somewhere.
Over the Rainbow/Simple Gifts by the Piano Guys is very relaxing and calm, and reminds me of the beach.
7. A song that reminds you of a certain event.
Moon Trance by Lindsey Stirling reminds me of Halloween. It's slightly creepy, but still fun and exciting.
8. A song that you know all the words to.
I've seen Frozen so many times that I know all the words to all the songs. How unfortunate.
9. A song that you can dance to.
I don't dance. But if I feel like it, and if there isn't a high risk of being mortally wounded with embarrassment, then I like to dance to The Arena by Lindsey Stirling.
10. A song that makes you fall asleep.
Still, Still, Still by Piano Guys. It's very soothing.
11. A song from your favorite band.
Take Flight by Lindsey Stirling.
13. A song from a band you hate.
The Middle of Starting Over by Sabrina Carpenter. For me, Sabrina Carpenter is like the Voldemort of the Muggle world.
14. A song that no one would expect you to love.
Stand By You, by Rachel Platten.
15. A song that describes you.
A Thousand Years, by Piano Guys. Calm, quiet, but optimistic, like me. ;)
16. A song you used to love but now you hate.
Do You Wanna Build A Snowman, from Frozen. That song is torturous, second only to Let It Go. It used to be good, but not anymore.
17. A song that you hear often on the radio.
Hello, by Adele. That song is WAY overplayed, if you ask me.
18. A song that you wish you heard on the radio.
Lindsey Stirling or Piano Guys songs. I agree with Loren: Taylor Swift isn't the only singer, people!
19. A song from your favorite album.
Arwen's Vigil, by the Piano Guys. It's sad, but very nice.
20. A song that you listen to when you're angry.
I don't know. Maybe Moonlight, by the Piano Guys?
21. A song that you listen to when you're happy.
Anything! Music is my happy place. But a good song is Everything's Okay, by Lenka. It's a very catchy song.
22. A song that you listen to when you're sad.
Anything. Again, music is my happy place, and it makes my sadness go away.
23. A song you want to play at your wedding.
Better Place, by Rachel Platten.
24. A song that you want to play at your funeral.
How Great Thou Art, a song from church.
25. A song that makes you laugh.
Do your ears hang low,
do they wobble to and fro.
Can you tie them in a knot,
can you tie them in a bow.
Can you swing them over your shoulder,
like a continental soldier.
Do your ears hang low?
26. A song you can play on an instrument.
Dansbury Run, by Michael Sweeney. I play the flute in the school band.
27. A song that you wish you could play.
Pretty much all of our church hymns. I want to be the church pianist one day.
28. A song in a foreign language that you like.
Artza alinu, artza alinu, artza ali-i-nu,
Kvar charashnu vegam zaranu
Aval od lo katzarnu.
It's a Hebrew song my sister taught me. She learned it in her school chorus.
29. A song from your childhood.
When I was little, my dad made me a CD that had all of my favorite Disney songs on it. The first one is Pop Goes the Weasel, which I still listen to when I'm bored. It's very catchy!
30. Your favorite song at this time last year.
Sky Full of Stars, by Coldplay.
Well, that wasn't to hard!
I tag anyone who is sick and tired of listening to Frozen songs.
A Thousand Years by the Piano Guys is a great song!
