Great News, Guys...I Work Out!

Well, that's something I never thought I'd say. But it is true. One of my favorite activities is running, and I've recently started taking it quite seriously. I can't say I'm that good (I'm a bit slow, in my opinion) but I am very proud of my progress lately. 
As part of my training, my dad and personal coach has put me on a new work out program. 
Yay...
Running every day, I can handle. But when I get home, the exercise is supposed to stop and I'm allowed to be a couch-potato. Not anymore! My new work out program includes:
-20 bicep curls
-planking for 45 seconds
-10 push-ups
-20 squats
-10 more bicep curls
-20 lunges on each leg
-30 second side-planks for each side
-20 calf raises for each leg

...and then I do it all over again. Fun, right?
All I can say is that it better be worth it, because all the Advil in the world can't help my sore muscles right now. I guess that shows how out of shape I am. :(

Do you guys have any exercise rituals, routines, etc.? Any tips for sore muscles?
