Day 1- if you're usually the last one out of bed in the morning, set your alarm a bit earlier so that you can get a cheerful start in your day. If you're ready waking up early, wish everyone in your family a good morning.
Day 2- text, call, write, or email someone you haven't spoken to in a while and say hi.
Day 3- make a list of things you're good at, and then make a list of things you could do better at. Make a resolution to improve on something before the end of the year. Then make a list for someone in your household of things they're good at.
Day 4 (today)- try to spend quality time with someone in your family that you don't see a lot during the day.
Smiles,
Lydia
